- Ensures the performance of capital construction works within the enterprise, purpose-oriented and rational use of investment resources, directing the funds towards the plant technical upgrade and revamping while concentrating these on the startup sites and contraction of the construction in progress volume;
- Heads the activities aimed at design and survey works improvement and cost reduction, production organization improvement and construction best practices implementation, construction works cost reduction, quality enhancement and acceleration;
- Manages the development of long-term and current capital construction, reconstruction and enterprise expansion plans, as well as the start-up plans for fixed production-related assets, platforms and capacities, housing, utility, cultural and household units, drawing up of requests for construction materials and equipment for restarted sites, approved construction lists, ensures the performance of works mentioned in the approved construction lists, investment payback period decrease.
Bachelor degree in related technical/ engineering disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role ;
- Good knowledge of authorizations obtaining in relation with local authorities and job duties;
- Responsible in regards with respecting deadlines (internal/external);
Team player with excellent communications skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
