Edy Group is currently looking for an experienced CEO Assistance Manager.
Our new colleague will direct report both to edy Group CEO and Senior Management of the Group and will be responsible for the full management of the assistance activity of edy Group management and stakeholders.

Main directions:
-Managing full assistance activity for edy Group CEO
-Support Administration tasks to edy Group Stakeholders
-Act as main link between Stakeholders and Senior Management of edy Group companies
-Managing full process of organization and communication in senior meetings for the group (internal, with partners, with clients, etc.)
-Managing and follow-up the Stakeholders agenda in external relationships of the companies
-Involvement in different projects for edy Group organizational culture: internal communication, special events, public participations, etc.
- Provide different types of reports [business] at request
+3 years of experience in a business support role for Stakeholders
-Experience in a dynamic company [Transport/ Logistic/ Production]
-PC literate [Microsoft Office, ERP system, etc.]
-English at advanced level [any other language is a plus]
-Business understanding and market dynamic
-Strong coordination skills: responsible, organized, efficient
-Initiative in improvement projects and activities
-Dedication and full commitment to company goals
-Independent worker and self starter
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Desire to learn and develop both personal and professional areas
