• Receives payments from clients;
• Checks the invoices in specialized application;
• Provides the receipts to clients;
• Performs comments in the specialized application related to payments received, data and number of issued document;
• Fills in the cash journal at the end of each day;
• Performs a summary report of received payments;
• Sorts, counts and binds the received money;
• Sends the summary report to e-mail at Headquarters and to the Bank on a daily basis;
• Delivers the cash journal and the money to the Cash Collector; fills in and signs the payments file.
• University degree (economical field would be an advantage);
• Excellent analytical and attention to details abilities;
• Very good teamwork and communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• Good command of English.
