Location study:
Follow-up of the location study tests (Issue request, delegation¿),
Analyse of the results and issue report,
Take active part in discussions about location improvements (with customer and coordinator)
Data collection and analysis (during Calibration and Validation):
- Test follow up (request, delegation¿),
- Ensure that the data are available on time,
- Warn coordinator, hierarchy and customer about possible time shifts,
- Archive and classify the received data in accordance with existing standards,
- Data processing (analyse, check, Data Analysis Report, file generation).
Calibration:
- Ensure all required documents, tools and data are available (MAC, guidelines, pre-processing, requirements¿)
- Perform calibration in accordance with calibration process (tracing, checks, performances, preparation and presentation of Tollgates)
- Presentations and discussions with the customer (calibration report).
Validation:
- Ensure all required documents, tools and data are available,
- Follow up internal tests (OSCAR¿),
- Analyse non correlations with experts (in accordance with process),
- Customer presentation (validation report).
Miscellaneous:
- Technical studies
- Lessons Learned update
- Participation in 5 S
- Internal meetings (Project comitee, Calibration follow-up meetings, Project follow-up meetings¿)
- Take active part in training for new employees,
Substitute(s) in case of absence of the job holder :
- Other Calibrator from department or Coordinator.
Level (diploma) required :
Engineer mechanical or electrical
Experience :
none to 1 or 2 years of work experience in domain
Technical skills required :
- Basic knowledge in Mechanics
- Signal processing,
- Microsoft office suite.
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
- Ability and diplomacy to work in team
- Efficiency to cope with problems
- Ability to keep a deadline
- Well-motivated to perform current tasks
- Self-sufficient to perform the essential functions of this job
- Good level of English + one of the following language: French, German or Italian
