- Administrate, centralize and maintain all documents related to commercial contracts
- Create and send the internal orders purchase to the suppliers, follow the purchase process.
- ERP Execution and Achievement on both Current Open Order Book and New Orders to Place
- Timely escalation of material issues according final product planning
- Stock Turns and Inventory Management
- Supplier Performance on both Delivery and Service Quality
- Timely Action of Non-Receivable items and Invoice Queries
- Bachelor degree in Economic studies
- Experience in purchasing field is an advantage;
- Advanced level of English and Italian language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Very good communication and negotiating abilities,
- Excellent problem solving skills and organizational skills, fast learner,
