Place and monitor materials orders to suppliers and reschedule deliveries with suppliers
Communicate with suppliers and obtain information such as prices, availability and delivery conditions
Check correctness of invoices from suppliers based on orders released; Approve invoices for payment
Analyze the inventory and prepare risk reports for excess or expired materials management
Escalate any problems in acquiring the materials in accordance with the process of escalation
Develop good relations with suppliers
Follow materials stocks/orders to avoid excess and rolling stock index
Implement new work models with suppliers in order to increase flexibility and reduce inventory
Monitor suppliers performances
Provide support to the SDE department (Supplier Development Engineering) in case of materials quality problems
Initiate and monitor the closing of the delivery process (including recovery of additional costs) in emergency conditions
Bachelor’s degree in economical or technical domain
English skills – advanced level
Computer skills: MS Office
Minimum 6-12 months experience in purchasing materials
Knowledge in utilization of IT-ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is desired
Very good communication and negotiation skills
