- Prepares and develops the standard monthly financial reports and any other ad-hoc management reports;
- Initiates and coordinates the yearly budgeting process and periodic forecasts according to the official planning schedule;
- Preparing different reports for Board meetings;
- Provides assistance to departmental managers with the budgeting process;
- Monthly analysis of the differences between budgeted and actual results, identifying risks and opportunities for improvements;
- Definition, evaluation and improvement of financial KPI's;
- Ensures that departmental expenses are made according to the internal rules and procedures;
- Interface to all head of departments regarding financial reports.
- University Degree in Economics;
- Experience in financial reporting, analysis of the business from the financial point of view;
- Experience in a food retail company;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Result and customer oriented;
- Very good computer knowledge (MS Office, Oracle);
- Fluency in English.
