Responsible for implementing supplier EDI transactions for suppliers in Americas, Europe and Asia;
Coordinate testing with suppliers and internal Flextronics teams for EDI testing and implementation;
Report progress to management on a weekly basis;
Provide assistance on the functional and technical process;
Present, organize and convey issues across teams. Interacts primarily with teammates, supervisors, suppliers and internal customers;
Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by EIS management, or as they become evident from time.
Studies and qualifications:
Student OR 4 year university degree - desirable (informatics, computers, automatics)
1-2 years working experience in the software industry;
Basic ERP Knowledge in Distribution and Accounts Payable modules (Desirable Baan IV & V)
Ability to communicate well within team and in Vendors interactions (verbal, written);
Ability to effectively present information and respond to information from groups;
Teamwork player;
English- good knowledge in verbal and written!
