Role: Relate with the customers as primarly contact point for technical problems, define and coordinate technical approaches for the automotive complex problems (processes changes, customer returns, PPAP, FMEA, APQP etc.)
- Develop/contribute to technology roadmaps for automotive group
- Identify in-house areas requiring technology breack-through
- Consult customer on project base, if is required
- Provide training to Operations Engineers
- Develop relations with subject group experts in other departments/regions
– Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics/ Production Technology or similar education
– 3 years experience within an Electronics Manufacturing Environment
- Strong knowledge in PCA manufacturing, repair, test processes and equipment
- Excellent knowledge in FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan
- Very good skills in problem solving and improvement methods
- Excellent English communication and presentations skills
- Proven analytical skills, dynamic, well organized, self-motivated and team worker
- Good knowledge in supplier market for equipment and consumables
- Good knowledge in complex international project management
- MS Office knowledge
- Base knowledge in cost models and calculations
