RESPONSABILITATI

For the Automation Engineer job responsibilities will include the maintenance of existing and develop new PLC ladder or STL logic programs or other high level language programs.

Main duties:
•Troubleshooting for PLC programs;
•Modifications to production lines according to specifications (hardware and software);
•Performing and keeping up to date the backups for industrial PCs on the production lines;
•Modifying or creating new set of parameters for peripheral devices used on the production line ex: screwdrivers, crimping devices, ultrasonic welders;
•Analysis of repetitive equipment failure;
•Estimation of maintenance cost and evaluating alternatives, forecasting of spare parts.


CERINTE

Technical University Degree;
Minimum 3 years experience;
Proficiency in PLC ladder logic development - mandatory;
Experience with Siemens S7 PLCs - mandatory;
Good knowledge of Step 7 and WinCC flexible;
Very good understanding of electrical plans;
Good knowledge of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems (understanding the working principles);
English – advanced level;
Good communication abilities, stress resistance, able to respect established dead-lines;
Good team player, with positive, "can do" attitude.
