• Ensuring technical support for workshops in both Romanian and Hungarian (interpretation on error codes, diagnostics tools and testing equipment)
• Identifying defects for service technicians in Romanian and English
• Interpreting measured values, real values compared with nominal values
• Offering after sales support for the specific diagnostic software
• Offering support for technical and non-technical aftermarket parts inquiries
• Realization of customer surveys
• Sending out informative material and brochures
• Updating customer data in the database
• Superior studies in a technical specialty
• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Expertise in diagnosis, car repair and parts for 1st level helpdesk inquiries
• Proactiveness and initiative
• Strong customer-orientation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office 2003 (previous experience with car service diagnostic-specific software)
• Team-player
• Advanced level of English and Hungarian
• Fluency in German is a plus
