Assists the Plant Manager in understanding and respecting legal requirements;
Assists the Plant Manager in solving problems;
Translates documents according to the received requests;
Organizes trips, meetings and conferences in Timisoara and externally;
Fixes and elaborates necessary presentations;
Settles up personnel files for expatriates;
Brings up to date the "To Do" list;
Elaborates monthly reports.
University degree;
Foreign language - English (advanced), French or German (advanced);
Knowledge of MS Office;
Able to find solutions, good organizer, responsible;
Able to respect confidentiality;
Able to work under stress and dynamic.
