Responsabilities:
- Planning and organizing secretariat activities
- Maintaining relationships with company clients and employees
- Analyzing and prioritizing necessary information for an optimal management
- Prepare draft correspondence for Department Director¿s signature
- Prioritize, channel and facilitate communication from department group leader, team leaders and technical responsible through Department Director¿s office.
Education
- University degree
IT skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint)
Foreign languages:
- English - Advanced
- French ¿ Advanced
- Any Slavic language is a plus (Russian, Serbian, Bulgarian... or Greek)
Other Requirements
- Working experience in a similar position is a plus
- Good knowledge of standard office secretarial and administrative practices and procedures, including use of standard office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible working programme
- Clean Driving license
- Ability to make independent and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive and confidential issues.
