From this position the mission of your function is to perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties for the management in order to relieve them of routine work and general administrative tasks. To provide organizational support for the Management and all employees of the unit performing various administrative tasks
in order to ensure a continuous flow of information within the organizational unit and a close link to the other departments/units. This position is dedicated to a junior level of experience and knowledge.
Your main tasks are related to:
- supporting the head of operations and the commercial manager in reporting activities and administrative documentation draw up and check up
- organize business trips and offer logistic support for various events organizations (trainings, client/partners meetings etc)
- frequent interaction with HR department, Finance and commercial, team and line managers for documents processing, distribution of relevant information, procurement of documents, employee integration
- primary accounting topics: registration of invoices, maintain contact with providers, invoices and claims centralization.
We are positive you will be able to do a great job on this position if you have:
- excellent business English knowledge
- good business communication skills: written and verbal
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package: excel, power point
- 1-2 years experience on a similar position
- higher education in Economical Sciences
- systematic and structured approach to work: prioritization, planning, good time management
- customer care orientation.
