-The main objective of the job is to strengthen the sales power of the Commercial Division
-Achieve and exceed the budget in terms of capital turn over and Margin
-Represent a first contact point between the client and the external departments as concerns all the orders, notices and issues, as well as a connection bridge between the client and the external services, the technical – practical field respectively
-Manage and control the processing and fair dealing with all the orders, notifications and issues representing a first connection point for the client
-execute certain marketing related activities (i.e. client focused events) in collaboration with the marketing department and collaborate in the coordination of the price increases
-Offer adequate support to the clients, solve their queries and problems
-Analyze sales statistics, prepare reports and handle administrative duties, such as filling the expense account reports, scheduling appointments and making travel plans
-Study literature about new and existing products and monitor the sales, prices
•Education: Academic background in relevant area
•Working experience in commercial sales of the respective area: 2 years
*EXPERIENCE/ACADEMIC BACKGROUND IN THE TRANSPORTATION DOMAIN OR RELATED AREAS IS A GREAT ADVANTAGE
•Organizational, communication, negociation and problem-solving skills
•Goal-oriented and persuasive
•Willingness to travel
•Foreign languages: English (medium-advanced level)
•Computer literate
