Role: Development and implementation of sales and marketing plans within the allocated territory, so as to maintain and develop sales of company’s range of products and service, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the business area according to an agreed market development strategy
- Plan and prioritize sales activity, surveys and customer prospect towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales
- Maintain and develop existing and new customer through appropriate propositions and sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
- Plan and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Monitor and report on local market and competitor and provide relevant reports and information to develop sales budget and strategies
- Ensures the achievement of targets in accordance with price levels and expected costs.
Knowledge
- Bachelor degree in Mechanic Engineering
- At least 3 years of sales experience in plastic container manufacturing industry / beverage industry
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and industrial automation systems.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English language and any other European language
