Applications Software Group offers services in wireless & wireline carrier networks as well as in convergent networks. Non-exclusive list of such services include content management & access, mobile TV, enabling service for mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), IN services, IMS services.
The team is responsible for global delivery of the managed & hosted service linked to a set of agreed KPI’s/SLA’s
Services are managed based on a standard ITIL process and covers:
• NOC services including:
- Tier2/3 fault handling (Incident and Problem Management)
- SLA management
- Problem Management
• PLATFORM OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE CENTRE(POEC) performing following tasks:
- Platform Operation
- Change and SW management
- Configuration and Inventory management
- Availability and Performance management
Higher levels of support are provided by Alcatel – Lucent Technical Support Centers on network elements of Alcatel – Lucent portfolio & third parties technical support for other network elements.
The jobs are available in Timisoara.
- Technical University degree (Electronics and Telecommunications /Informatics / Automatics and Computer Science)
- GSM, IN, VAS knowledge
- IP detailed knowledge
- ITIL / ETOM models knowledge is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of PC and web tools
- English - conversational fluent
