RESPONSABILITATI

From this position, your main responsibilities will be to:
Maintain intranet application services, ensure reliability, security and availability of intranet and application services
Configure, maintain and test back-up and recovery systems for intranet and application environments
Install up-to-date patches or service packs for web and application software
Recover data and services in case of unplanned outages caused by HW and SW malfunctions


CERINTE

Our successful candidate will need:Extensive Windows or Unix/Linux Server Administration experience (focus on Windows)
Very good skills with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
Knowledge of both Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services (WSS)
Understanding of document management systems (Livelink)
Excellent English skills
Very good communication abilities, interpersonal and customer care skills, proactive and flexible
An understanding of ITIL Service Delivery and Support disciplines and methodologies is a plus
