RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensures the technical support to the direct sales team;
- Implements the customized solutions to the client; solves customers’ problems;
- Sets-up new accounts related to integrated communications solutions highlighted in subscription contracts by direct sales team;
- Involvement in clients’ training related to how to use company’s products and services in order to achieve full customer satisfaction;
- Ensures full support in case of handsets delivery;
- Establishes and maintains very good relationships with company’s customers; periodically visits the clients in order to identify clients’ potential and/or proposes development of special customized applications - shapes the information and provides specific information to the direct sales team;
- Replaces out of order handsets with a swap, sends the handsets to the Service department, contacts the clients and recovers the swap terminals.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Minimum 1 year IT experience or on a similar position in telecommunications;
- Knowledge of MS Office, Linux/Mac OS;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Very good command of English;
- Driving license - B category.
