Administrative & PR Consultant is an important role that would be the true support to edy Group General Manager in his activities by providing assistance to the administrative tasks, PR, business reports at request, etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the daily activity of our General Manager
- Manage the process of organizational tasks and events
- Offers image counseling for our General Manager
- Supporting internal communication and PR activities
- Conceiving and translating various internal and official documents
- Provides different types of reports [business] at request
- Sustaining a good insight and press monitoring in the Transportation field
BACKGROUND
- Business related studies [Public Relations]
- +3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in a dynamic company [Transport/ Logistic/ Production]
- PC literate [Microsoft Office, ERP system]
- English at advanced level [any other language is a plus]
PERSONALITY
- Business understanding
- Independent worker and self starter
- Initiative attitude and problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination skills [responsible, organized, efficient]
