RESPONSABILITATI

•Organizes and manages day-to-day activities of the corporate office of the company;
•Liaise with the Regional Manager and Unit Managers in the opening of the new shops (support in searching of premises for the new shops, in negotiations with the owners on the lease price, in concluding of the lease contracts and in arranging of all necessary permissions from the local authorities for the opening of the new shops),
•Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance (monthly, quarterly reporting, etc);
•Ensures that all filings and paperwork are submitted in a timely manner to assure consistent operation of the organization;
•Authorizes payments of payroll and other bank transactions;
•Ensures organizational compliance with law and established policies and procedures;
•Represents the company at the Government institutions (Tax inspection, Fire and Rescue Department, Labor inspection, Social Health Centre etc.);
•Supervises the full scope of human resources management and the payroll agenda;
•Manage developing, implementation all finance/accounting, internal control, budgeting and forecasting functions;
•Coordinates all banking and other external relationships with auditors, financial and legal advisors;
•Supervises accounting staff in day-to-day management of the accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, quarterly and annual statements and development of formats and schedules;
•Ensures that all contracts are in the company’s best interest and in compliance with legal requirements. Controls all new contracts and ensures that all originals are filed in the corporate office;
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented with the subordinates;
•Other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

•Degree in business administration/economics;
•Several years’ experience in a managerial position;
•Good organizational skills;
•Capacity for analytical, joined-up thinking;
•Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees;
•Good spoken and written English;
•Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets;
•High attention to detail, initiative and independent decision making ability;
•Commitment to results;
•International outlook and mobility.
