Business development
You will be responsible for business development, new contracts & deliver the service to the clients
You will represents Adecco outside through participation in trade fairs, career fairs, recruitment events etc.
You actively participate in meetings with clients with different collegues
You will be responsable for your results
You will keep regular contact with customers in case of the opinion of the quality of work and accordingly recommended candidates respond to their comments or suggestions in the concluded contracts
builds a list of top clients, updates them, develops and utilizes the latest in its activities
Recruitment
You will deliver only recruitment projects mid to top level profiles
You will be responsable to interview high quality of candidates for our clients
Poactively sell candidates to appropriate companies and follow-up on this activity
Identifies, checks and measures competences of candidates using known techniques of recruitment: depth interview, tests and build evaluation reports
Sourcing & screening for the right candidates - you have to be creative
Experience required:
minimum 3 years of proven success in Permanent Placement activity/Business Development/Sales activity
experience in a direct search recruitment
Qualities and skills required:
great customer, service & sales orientation
ability to develop great network, new contacts, new people

practical knowledge of methods of recruitment and selection of candidates

will be great if you have knowledge of variety recruitment tools
Knowledge of computer systems/programs MS Office
