Checking and processing incoming invoices as well as carrying out the processing of down payments, outstanding
payments and complex contracts
Join our team if you would like to have a Job which suppose to :
- Archive invoices and thereby starting the workflow;
- Compare and correct data automatically read using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) (verification);
- Record and/or preliminary record of incoming invoices (with and without order reference, down payments,
outstanding payments and complex contracts etc.);
- Check contents, the invoicing itself and the prices in the SAP R/3 system using the workflow;
- Check that goods have been received and reference the respective order and/or person ordering to the
invoice,
- Book the account assignments resulting from the invoice and correcting the accounting records if necessary;
- Process blocked invoices, re-examining invoices that have been blocked from the order process because
of excessive deviations;
- Issu credit and debit notes;
- Return invoices or undertaking corrections according to the prescribed guidelines;
- Prepare and process credit and debit notes according to invoicing details as well as costs for reworking, scrapping;
- Clarify of cash discount supplementary claims as well as supplier's conditions of payment, if necessary undertaking corrections and processing the internal workflow for complaints procedures according to general guidelines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of SAP modules - Purchasing;
- Job related experience up to 3 years;
- English - advance knowledge
- Qualification for technical college.
