- Checking cash discounts with regard to their objective and due-date correctness;
- Preparing cash discount reversals after checking specified payment conditions and/or gathering statements about any reductions undertaken by the customer;

- Informing superior positions about changed customer payment methods and credit limits being exceeded;
- To set up and update customer master data;
- To make sure information is up-to-date;
- To prepare and check balance confirmation for customers;
- To deal with correspondence and prepare monthly lists, evaluations, tables;
- Agreeing and charging special procedures with creditors as well as checking payment amounts in the suggestion list for debit orders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP modules
