Responsible for accurate and timely invoice booking
Ensure effectiveness of invoice booking
Ensure a regular follow up on Payable vendor accounts
Prepare vendor payment according to calendar and due date invoices
Responsible to follow up and solve WF messages received daily
Issue according reporting on a regular basis and on demand
Involve in Intra-Group vendor reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basis
Deal and solve issues together with Units or process involved
Issue a monthly reporting on KPI BVI agreed
Very good knowledge on both written & spoken English and French/German with emphasis on finance terminology
University degree in Economics
General knowledge of SAP functionalities, work experience in SAP
6 months - 1 year experience in Finance&accounting domain
