Thorough knowledge of the entire AP process end to end
Invoice analysis, capturing of information valid for processing invoice.
Invoice resolution with requestor, procurement and vendors
Review duplicate invoices and void invalid duplicate transactions
Call up resolve exceptional cases
Respond to customer queries and emails
Reconciliation of vendor statements and making provisions
Fix the errors in records that fall out from automatic data flow between systems
Review and approve payment proposal
Month end closing and reporting activities
Graduates Degree -Accounting preferred
1-2 years of accounting experience
Must have good communication skills ¿¿¿ verbal and written in English and French
Must be PC proficient in MS Word, Excel, Accounting-Basics
Good to have SAP previous experience
