- Identify new sales opportunities together with our Romanian/German team
- Understand customer's business requirements
- Appropriately match company solutions to meet customer needs in close cooperation with our Team of Software Consultants
- Prepare, implement and track sales strategies/plans
- Meet agreed sales targets
- Market research (internet) and preparation of the results

- Comprehension of complex software solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills in German and English
- Flexible to travel
- Experience in using IT and Internet
