Our client is based in com. Tartasesti (jud. Dambovita-20 km from Bucharest, the transport is arranged by the company) and is active in the production of cellulose-based molded fiber packaging products and is the market leader in the field of egg packaging manufacturing. The company has gained the customer’s justifiable appreciation and confidence with its approximate 240 millions of egg tray and egg carton production which corresponds to 70% of the domestic Romanian market. Our client expanded its production through international investment policies with environment-friendly cellulose-based, healthy and hygienic packaging products by utilizing pioneering technologies of the sector in the
light of holding principles: “people first” and “expand what has been taken from the society and sharing it again with the society ”.
Responsabilities:
- input accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier module with general ledger account,
- Input bank statement and reconcile with general ledger account,
- Payments to suppliers through internet banking,
- Prepare accounts receivable overdue report,
- Fixed assets update and monthly depreciation in ERP system,
- Various reports and reconciliations,
- Issue sales invoices,
- Input inventory purchases,
- Monitor daily production and inventory status,
- Prepare production reports,
- Check monthly consumptions,
- Reconcile physical inventory with Stock module,
- Petty cash and expense reports input.
Cerinte
- University graduated economic studies;
- 1-2 years in a similar position, IN THE PRODUCTION AREA IS A MUST,
- English: upper-intermediate level,
- good computer skills, knowledge of accountancy software or ERP system, good knowledge of economic legislation, RAS.
