RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is active in the production of cellulose-based molded fiber packaging products and is the market leader in the field of egg packaging manufacturing. The company has gained the customer’s justifiable appreciation and confidence with its approximate 240 millions of egg tray and egg carton production which corresponds to 70% of the domestic Romanian market. Our client expanded its production through international investment policies with environment-friendly cellulose-based, healthy and hygienic packaging products by utilizing pioneering technologies of the sector in the light of holding principles: “people first” and “expand what has been taken from the society and sharing it again with the society ”.
Location: TARTASESTI, JUD DAMBOVITA

Job Responsibilities:
Directing of phone calls, receiving and transmitting messages for employees in case these are not available.
Registering of documents received by company by any means (cargo fax, post, currier) and distributing them to interested persons;
Make sure documents send by company reach their destination by proper means;
Receiving guests and guiding them to interested departments;
Organizing of internal meetings
Preparing of internal meetings reports
Organizes (writes, registers, sends/receives) the external correspondence(letters, faxes, e-mails, parcels etc) to/from the company’s suppliers and clients; informs the employees and the General Manager about the correspondence
Filing of general manager documents;
Makes hotel and transport tickets reservations for company’s employees and General Manager traveling in the country and abroad;
Supervising the functioning of heating, water supply, lightning installations and telephone services
Checking of heating, electricity and communications expenses and proposing measures in order to minimize them;
Maintains relationship with subcontractors that provides administration services
Preparing expenses reports;


CERINTE

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Time management and organizational skills;
• Problem solving and proactive attitude;
• Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Professional attitude and attention to details.
• In addition, previous experience in a similar position is welcomed.
