RESPONSABILITATI

Key responsibilities:

· For own portfolio of E-Business Banking Clients:
· Achieve revenue performance versus targets
· To develop new and maintain relationships with specified clients,
· Assume ownership of the NCTO/Care process
· Prepare in accordance with the Business Model, credit proposals and
reviews for own clients
· Sell multiple products to clients in order to ensure the determined
cross sell levels
· Ensure capital allocated across client portfolio meets requirements
of the approved clients’ capital allocation process
· Ensure credit delivery within guidelines in order to achieve a
satisfactory rating or its equivalent as evidenced by reviews a/o
corrective comments made by Audit, Compliance, ORM and external regulatory
reviews
· As part of E-Business Banking Sales Force, contribute to:
Implementing of E-Business Banking annual target market
strategy and Business Plan to provide successful, profitable growth in
mid-market penetration as evidenced by growth in number of clients and
revenues for E-BB.
Executing EBB front office Change Management Agenda
· Participate in projects, seminars and other client events


CERINTE

Professional qualifications:

· English proficiency (another foreign language would be a plus)
· Bachelor’s degree
· Min.1 year banking experience and/or relevant sales experience

Sales driven,
Client focus
Good understanding of of financial statements
