The Front Office Operations Representative provides a variety of front office services such as reception, reservations and office maintenance.
Various support activities like:
- Reception operation
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests
- Document management (file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports)
- Scheduling and processing of different activities, performing administrative duties
- Travel organization
- Office maintenance activities
- Process workspace and conference space requests via phone or on-line database.
- University degree
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, teamwork
- Good management of stressful situations
- Good Hungarian and English reading/writing/speaking skills. German is considered an advantage.
