RESPONSABILITATI

You will have to:
- provide full time support to all clients
- identify and properly fix all malfunctions
- use a helpdesk system and be familiar with the helpdesk procedures
- monitor our clients network to prevent downtimes
- answer all customers inquires


CERINTE

We require:
- very good English skills (all support will be done in English)
- strong knowledge/experience in windows based networks(windows 2003/2008/2012 server, active directory)
- strong knowledge/experience in Exchange Email servers and also in other protocols like POP3 and SMTP
- good skills in configuring routers and setting up new networks
- ability to troubleshoot all network equipments from servers and desktops to printers and scanners
- problem solving oriented.
- proactive and very pleasant to speak with
- very good people skill; the candidate should be able to talk with various clients with different level of expertise
