The successful candidate will commission and maintain products and solutions to meet the needs of the customer’s system. Additionally, installation of equipment in accordance with customer requirements.
Further, the performance of field service, troubleshooting and commissioning activates for electrical power equipment and industrial facilities is within the scope of activities. Project locations will be in the United Emirates.
Tasks
-Plan and execute installations, modifications (including upgrades)
-Commission products in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
-Work with project and site manager
-System tuning
-Technical support for sales
-Document preparation
A prerequisite for the successful candidate is comprehensive knowledge of Electrical Drives and Power Systems are required as well as at least one year experience in electrical engineering in the industrial industry sector. Additionally, PLC knowledge is mandatory.
Equipment knowledge to include the majority of the following; low voltage, medium voltage or high voltage switchgear, generator controls, transformers, protective relays and various substation equipment would be advantageous.
Power System Study experience is a plus.
Candidate should be familiar with electrical safety procedures as well as be an excellent team player; working in large and diverse groups will be required in daily operations.
