Executes preventive maintenance, predictive, corrective maintenance and makes small
modifications to the installations and industrial automation, complying with internal
regulations)
Assures the necessary spare parts for the control systems of production equipment- Replaces
the different electric/electronic components (PLC, modules, frequency convertors, etc)
Actively participates in results analysis meetings and makes proposals to optimize the
functioning of the equipment
Collaborates with electricians/mechanics teams in order to deliver on time and in full different
repairs or projects
Assures back-up solutions for control systems of production equipment- does and schedules a
timely back-up for the control systems
Diagnoses and informs maintenance specialists over the defects and the defect manifestations
that are registered within the automation and control systems
Calibrates and checks the instruments specific for the equipment when it is necessary
Assures a good communication within the team and with other functional teams
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for his client, a leader company in food industry sector, located in Tg Mures, for a Automation Engineer.
Bachelor degree, industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar);
General technical studies, with more focus on experience
Good knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, automation and electronic- SIEMENS, FESTO,
OMROM;
At least 2 years’ experience in Siemens PLCs, regarding the installation of Step 7, TIA Portal,
WinCC Flexible (there is an advantage to have graduated a Siemens training)
Able to work with X-ray equipment (proper certification is advisable)
Abilities, general competences
Good communication skills
Ability to work with clear deadlines and tasks
Ability to prioritize tasks
Good attention to details
Proficiency in speaking and writing in English
Proficient with MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage
