- Provide assistance and support to Facility Management and staff in all matters relating to QHSE;
- Fulfil the role of local Management Representative for the QHSE Management System;
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of QHSE documentation and records e.g. plans, registers, databases, programmes, and work instructions;
- Participate in the development and management of internal and external audits, and co-ordinate and participate in Management Reviews;
- Monitor and report QHSE performance to management;
- Deliver and / or co-ordinate QHSE training;
- Assist management with regards to emergency response plans, reporting and investigation of accidents and incidents and planning and conducting of employee QHSE meetings.
Our client, a leading supplier to oil and gas exploration and production companies around the world with approx two-thirds of its oilfield revenues concentrated in markets outside the US.
Skills required:
The ideal candidates for this position will possess a technical Degree or Diploma; be qualified to advise on local Health, Safety and Environmental regulations; have experience in QA/QC; and have knowledge of international management system standards. In addition key requirements for this role are:
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian;
- Good technical authoring skills;
- Ability to prioritise and deliver projects on time;
- Proficient in the use of all MS office PC applications;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative
