RESPONSABILITATI

Our client a large chemical corporation involved us to search for a process support quality manager for their offices in Switzerland

Responsibilities

Lead the definition/development of global Quality core processes across the corporation in all regions and functions
Develop and sustain a network of contacts across the organization to align implementation of Quality processes and procedures
Work with the QLT to ensure coordinated global implementation of the Quality Codes of Practice.
Engage within the global corporate process owner community to establish and maintain a network of experts with aligned purpose and function
Lead discussions associated with the identification and resolution of challenges and issues associated with the implementation of business processes and projects across regions functions
Ensure alignment of the Quality tools & techniques (incl. training materials) with requirements associated with global core processes
Ensure process support for critical Quality activities within regions and functions to enable global alignment of Quality documents, policies, procedures, training requirements, and terminology
Lead Quality system audits on behalf of the QLT to drive continuous improvement for key processes within regions and functions


CERINTE

Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related discipline
In-depth understanding of concepts, principles, and operation of Quality Management Systems, with practical, demonstrated knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 principles.
Experience with internal and external audits
Record of successful Quality process mapping and management to support aligned objectives and standardized workflow
Good knowledge of Risk analysis and management techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Minimum 5 years Quality Management experience
Minimum 2 years of business process management experience
Preferred 2 years risk management experience
Excellent command of English
