PROCER recruits Doctors having excellent medical, social and administrative competence. Our main goal is to provide our Swedish Client who represents different Health Care Units in Sweden with Specialist Doctors. The doctors will be employed by our client for a period of at least 3 years, after a probation period, depending on the results and the overall evaluation of their activity in Sweden.
The chosen Candidates shall have 6 ¿ 9 months courses in Swedish Language on location in Romania until they achieve sufficient language skill. We¿ll also provide a shorter course in Swedish medical health care system and culture.
After the final examination in Swedish of the Candidates, there¿ll be a paid - 6 months probationary period at Swedish Employer. If the evaluation after the probationary period is successful, employment contract for an additional period of 2 years and 6 months will be offered.
Recruitment Procedure:
Step 1: Send us the CV.
Step 2: - in 2-3 weeks - First selection by interview and psychological tests;
Step 3: - in approx. one month - Final selection of Candidates by interview and medical competence test;
Step 4: - for 6-9 months - Language course in Swedish including lessons of Swedish Culture and Health Care System.
Step 5: - Final examination in Swedish of the Candidates.
Step 6: - in 1-2 weeks - Interview and transportation to Swedish Employer.
Step 7: - Starting of the contract ¿ Probationary period at Swedish Employer for 6 months.
Licensed Specialist Doctors (preferably having finished their residency period).
Required positions:
At this moment, the most urgent specialties are: Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Urology and Anaestiology/Intensive Care.
In a short time, we¿ll need specialist doctors in all medical areas, including: Family Medicine (General Medicine), Diagnostic Radiology, Ear-Nose-Throat, General Surgery, Clinical Physiology, Pediatrics, Gynecology/ Obstetrics and many other.
The doctors will be employed by the Swedish County Council (or at a private hospital/ clinic or directly by our client) and have approx. the same salary and the same working conditions as a Swedish doctor (approx. monthly salary 30 000 SEK = 3 300 Euro for a younger doctor up to 45 000 SEK = 5 000 Euro for an experienced senior consultant doctor.
