RESPONSABILITATI

As the main interface between Carpatair and the customers, you will be responsible for providing a prompt and courteous ticketing and check-in service to our passengers.

Responsibilities:
- Issue tickets correctly, having checked all rules
- Answer ticketing phone calls and apply a helpful and friendly manner with agents at all times
- Keep up-to-date with all ticketing and airfare info
- Share with all ticketers any new info you find
- Check-in passengers (passenger service handling and information, seat assignment, baggage registration, and checking of the passengers¿ proper travel documents)
- Board departing flights
- Meet arriving flights
- Help customers with special needs such as the elderly, unaccompanied children or physically disabled passengers
- On any day you could find yourself in the situation of dealing with disruption caused by a variety of factors. Your role is critical in ensuring that our customers are kept informed and that they receive the highest levels of customer service while at the same time working with our service partners to reduce any inconvenience.

- Good knowledge of English is a must
- Good knowledge of Italian/ German is a plus

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in PC-based applications
- Availability for extended work schedule (shifts)
