Filling in all the financial documents in the accounting program;
Preparing the profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports;
Preparing the necessary documentation for the periodical fiscal declarations;
Establishing, maintaining and coordinating the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures;
Analyzing and reviewing budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal and private funding, contracts, and grants;
Maintaining the relationship with the state institutions;
Preparing and reviewing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
Analyzing revenue and expenditure trends and recommending appropriate budget levels and ensuring expenditure control;
Monitoring bank statements, cash flow, invoices and payments;
Resolving accounting discrepancies;
Managing administrative tasks inside the company.
University degree in accounting;
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant;
Experience in an multinational company within forestry and wood based industry (would be an advantage);
Very good knowledge of Romanian tax and accounting legislation;
Good knowledge of Romanian business environment;
Experienced in using accounting programs (knowledge of Saga would be an advantage);
Good MS Office knowledge;
Payroll knowledge, HR inspector knowledge respectively readiness to complete a training in this respect;
German or English at advanced levels.
