Building up and developing the human resources department;
Implementing group-wide HR standards within the Romanian plant;
Developing search & selection processes;
Supervising payroll and personnel administration activities;
Elaborating work safety & security program;
Defining and implementing performance management;
Being responsible with personnel career planning activities;
Being responsible with organizing trainings and workshops.
University degree, preferably in economic or legal field;
Previous experience in all HR related activities (recruitment, payroll, administration and labor legislation);
Previous managerial or project management experience;
Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge would be an advantage);
Fluency in English or German language;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Team player, with good negotiation abilities.
