-to co-ordinate Crossing, Connection, Line, Piles and Platform Welding activities and optimize welding times and production, following the specifications and directives of the Site Manager and Assistant Manager
-organize, manage and co-ordinate the work of welders during various welding techniques, ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures and standards
-ensure total understanding and implementation of all major contract requirements and project specifications
-check the use and storage of all welding material and equipment
-provide for the training of welders/operators
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-Welder Foreman Qualification
-relevant experience in a similar position; previous experience in Oil & Gas field would be a plus
Required Competencies/ Skills:
-good knowledge of spoken / written English
-team leading skills
