The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Organizes and implements Logistic activity,
Manages a team of 100 people and 20.000 SQM,
Organizes and monitors the schedules of the teams and of the operational activities,
Welcomes new team employees and prepares together with the HR department their integration programme,
Ensures the health and safety of persons under his/her responsibility,
Ensures that operations carried out are high quality,
Processes monitoring and reporting on his or her activity (reports, statistics, indicators) required by the manager,
Creates and monitors the budget of the site.
Min.4 years of experience in Logistic field,
Very good knowledge of the logistic procedures and techniques,
Ability to work with tight deadlines,
Very good communication and analytical skills,
Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation,
Good knowledge of English language, any other language would be a plus,
Very good computer skills: MS Office, Internet,
B Driving licence.
