High School graduate, or equivalent. Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers to their understanding. Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly while providing prompt service to guests. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of job. Ability to suggestive sell restaurant menu items, beverages and wines. Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time. Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for restaurant clientele. Must be able to lift minimum of 30lbs. Courteously and efficiently take food and beverage orders. Retrieve and serve beverages and food orders to guests tables according to food and beverage standards. Collect payment. Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout work areas.
