·Operation crew (HK, FO and F&B) catering school or courses where the basic standards are educated. Five star Hospitality experience without any graduation might be an option.
·Senior operation crew (HK, FO and F&B) supplementary experiences in five star Hospitality Operation and references
·Head Department (HK, FO and F&B) Hotel Management school, Culinary school plus supplementary experiences in five star Hospitality Operation and references
·First Office must have at least the above mentioned background plus experience on the position with references from five star Hospitality Operation
