The Unix Technical Owner focuses on continuous operations, project and change management of the Unix operating systems of several severs. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. He/she works in close relationship with the Delivery Lead, who coordinates all the actions for the customer.
- to work on complex incidents,
- identify and solve problems,
- all change management in the environments under his responsibility
- define and execute work orders to implement changes,
- customer contact on the projects/tasks he is responsible for,
- provide consulting,
- implementation and system management,
- availability and capacity management.
- Unix expert (Solaris, Linux, AIX, High Performance Computing environment)
- SAN- understand the basics and symptoms
- University degree or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years practical experience in in customer and business support
- Practical experience in Project Management
- Fluent in English
