Consulting customers in concept stage and Support/ Management of Tolerance Teams
Concept analysis and visualization of design requirements
Support of benchmark analyses
Definition and Calibration of Simulation Parameters together with the respective department based on construction requirements
Preparation of Tolerance Simulation Models
Analysis, interpretation, documentation and presentation of Simulation results
Preparation of proposed changes/ solutions to meet quality requirements
Dipl. Ing. (Certified Engineer) TU/TH/FH (University, College) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Aerospace Technology; Technicians with relevant experience
Experience in Automotive Industry, Consumer Goods Industry and similar as well as knowledge of a 3D-CAD System (Catia V5, UG, I-DEAS, Pro-Engineer) is welcomed but not required
Preferably experience in use of 3D- Tolerance Calculation Program (aesthetica, 3DCS, VisVSA, eM-Tolmate, CETOL 6 Sigma and so on)
Knowledge of statistical Tolerance Calculation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), as well as knowledge of Product Development Processes would be beneficial
Ideally knowledge of Production and Assembly Processes and/ or Technical Mechanics and Gearings
Good German- and English Skills as well as well-grounded MS-Office skills
Motivation and Interest in the topic as well as willingness to take on new responsibilities
Good communication skills and open-mindedness
