Mission Description:
The Project Leader IT Infrastructure is responsible for:
• The delivery of infrastructure programs and projects;
• Managing the implementation of the solutions for specific IT components.
The main tasks include:
• Defining and documentation for solutions based on the current situation;
• Supervising, directing, and coordonating people, processes, and technology within specific project scope;
• Responsible for cross-functional strategy, planning, integration, and delivery of the existing infrastructure and applications required to ensure continued delivery of world-class services to our clients;
• Developing, maintaining, and executing detailed project plans and integrated schedules for Infrastructure projects;
• Lead Estimation, Scope, and Requirements Management processes;
• Conducting Issues/Risk Management and Mitigation;
• Overseeing Quality, Change, and Configuration Management;
• Deploying global solutions that comprehend regional and local requirements;
• Supporting operations project management office for developing practical and repeatable processes;
• Establishing a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project;
• Working independently and seeks creative solutions and alternatives to unusual and difficult problems.
Compulsory knowledge:
• Relevant training in It and Project Management;
• Management, verbal and written skills;
• Practical Knowledge of the primary and secondary bussines processes;
• Knowledge and experience in the domains of IT Infrastructure;
• Knowledge of change management;
• Experience in IT project organizations, structured work and documentation.
Nice to have:
• Experience with banking High Impact projects;
• Experience/certification Prince 2;
• Experience in implementation of new and complex technology infrastructure for disaster recovery plans (Wintel, AIX, Network, virtualization, etc.).
