PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
- First point of contact for al esclations for his/her span of control
- Co-ordinate with on-shore buddies, customer, plan to ensure completion of daily tasks
- SLA Delivery - to meet and exceed expectation
- Attend calls of of team/customer
- To ensure adequate back up is in place for each processor
- Assist GL/SGL in quality audits and improvement projects
- Handholding and refresher training for the team. Ability to back up if required

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
-Leadership skills, logical thinker and proactive
-Excellent verbal ,written communication & presentation skills including MS excel skills
-Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
-Commitment to meet targets repeatedly
-To be able to manage both Internal and External customers.
-Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and concepts specific to OTC
-Knowledge of computer applications and IT trouble shooting
-Good Exposure and Experience in OTC functions, in a Team Leading Role.
-Team expectation and attrition management
