- To provide remote 24h support on phone solutions deployed by the teams to our customers
- To support the integration team
- To write the file of support and technical information
- To train our customers on support level 1
- Practical knowledge of: Unix (Linux) and IP (VLAN, VPN, Router)
- Telephony knowledge and experience of hardware and software support
