RESPONSABILITATI

For the moment we are looking for an Engineer in our Client’s Technical Assistance Center, dedicated to EMEA region.

Our client is establishing a Technical Assistance Centre (TAC).
The TAC is our client single point of contact providing technical support to our client Partners in the use of their clients equipment. Due to our success we are looking to broaden our Technical Assistance Center team with a Video/IT Network Engineer.

Handle trouble reports from Clients Partners via telephony and web interface.
Operate a trouble ticket system designed to identify customer service issues.
Work closely with other parts of the organization such as product experts or R&D for escalation
and assistance.
Regularly update product and network knowledge essential to the role.
Provide remote diagnostics and take corrective action as defined by the Service/Maintenance Agreement


CERINTE

Formal education within electronics, software or Information Technology
Fluent English is a must
Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience of network protocols, DNS, firewalls, and network
devices.
Experience with Microsoft Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server and LDAP is an advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Live Communicator Server and SIP is an advantage.
Experience with Telecom networks an advantage.
Experience with Video and Audio an Advantage.
Superb customer service skills.
Structured and focused on operating according to agreed standards and procedures
Experience from TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) an advantage
Ability to understand, learn and use IT-technology
Additional language skills (fluent) . German or French or Spanish
Experience with an Enterprise ticketing system an advantage
